    I applied to a freelance opportunity with this company that required applicants to list their desired hourly rate, yet no pay range or compensation guidance was provided. After submitting my application, I received a **** and dismissive reply stating that my rate was too high given my limited experience. The tone felt unprofessional and unnecessarily critical, especially considering the lack of context or criteria shared upfront.When I followed up to ask for clarification on typical freelance compensation rates, I received no response. Based on this experience, the company appears to undervalue skilled contributors while likely charging clients significantly moreraising concerns about fairness and transparency in how they treat prospective contractors. Im sharing this review to caution others and to encourage more respectful and transparent hiring practices.
