    I have sent tow boxes in the last couple of years but this last time I have a big issue. I sent medications in the last box, for my elderly father, in the ****************** and it hasnt arrived after one month. I cant get in contact with them. I have call all their numbers here in *******, ******************, whassap and ******** and no one picks up anymore. I spoke to someone last week and they said that there was an issue with someone box because they sent something they werent supposed to send and everything was held longer. After that conversation, which I think is a lie, they havent responded. I know where ******* lives and I plan to go to his house with the police after I file a police report. This is unacceptable. The box was stolen and the $75 I paid was also stolen. Last week the lady that picks up the phone said that the company had been sold. I asked for ******* new number and she said she would put me in contact with his wife. That didnt happen. They deserve 0 stars but I had to give them one in order for this review to show. If you want to avoid a scam then do not do business with this company. Again, I plan to file a police report. This is not ok. Its very upsetting.

    I sent a lot of merchandises using RF Cargo Express on July 3rd 2024. They stole 4 boxes full of a variety of tools and I sent 2 office desks, 2 file cabinets and a night lamp table with all the drawers full of small kitchen electronic appliances like coffee and sandwich maker, food processors single burners, rice cookers etc. They stole everything that were in the drawers and 1 of the desk. When I contacted them about my lost merchandises Arlene told me that they were aware of the stuff being missing because they had lot of complaints from other customers and that they were going to reach out to their crew in the Dominican Republic to look for the missing items. Since then they have ignored my phones calls, voicemails or text messages. They are unreachable, I called Radames several times in every phone number that they have listed for the US and the DR with no answer. I am very disappointed in them because I used their service before with no issue. This time around I just wish that they would have at least make an effort to be honest with their customers and come up with some type of agreement to reimburse people for their missing items. I will never ever use them anymore and I will advise other customers to stay away from RF Cargo Express. They certainly do not deserve a star!

    very bad customer service. I have used them and paid over five thousand dollars for transportation fees. Lots of stuff were missing and broken. But the worst part is there's no communication with a real person to discuss anything, no one is following up with me. I have lost lots of goods and no one want to assist me. If you care for your money and your stuff do not use them. it's not fair to even give them a star but apparently the review won't go through without a start. they earned zero star.
