  The most blatantly rude, incompetent, crass, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The driver honked when he arrived at my house and then not even a minute later, hammered on my door. He dropped my child and myself off at the medical office without incident, but when it was time for the return trip at 9:45am and no one showed up, I called the driver at 10am. He told me that he would "tell them" I was ready to leave (mind you, the time that I was supposed to leave was already stipulated as 9:45am when I booked the ride).Assuming that a different driver was going to pick me up, I called *********** directly to ask what the *** was. An extremely rude, ****** hostile, unprofessional man (who I later found out is the ****** answered the phone with "hello" in the rudest tone possible. No "good morning, this is Medi-wheels, how may I help you" just "hello" with attitude.I told him that I had called the driver that brought me there and he said that he would tell someone, but that no one showed. He then told me to call my driver. I repeated that I had already done that. I asked if there was a new driver and what his number is.He didn't answer me and repeated to call the driver in an increasingly disrespectful tone. His tone was extremely condescending and degrading. I told him to speak to me in a respectful manner or that I would report him. He then hung up on me and didn't provide any information on my return ride.I called the health insurance to let them know that the company is late and unprofessional, and was told that the owner of *********** cancelled my return ride. I was stranded in the rain with my child who had just had surgery two weeks ago.No one should ever be put in this situation with this level of unprofessionalism and hostility. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should not be dealing with medical patients.
