      I have called and emailed a number of times. My solar panels is not communicating. Im paying a higher electric bill. No one will call me back about this issue. I need a site visit to get this solar working. One of the panels has lifted hanging on. I hate we bought with this company( Solar Specialist) , I hate I purchased solar panels. Im going to email again and call tomorrow. I need someone to come out and fix this problem.

      My installation was thorough, seamless, quick (done in just a couple hours), educational and well communicated. My salesman, ***, has readily answered any and all of my questions in a timely manner that I didn't expect. Even months after the installation.He's knowledgeable, patient, and steadfast. I recommend any company that employs, and can keep, people like that.
