    The staff at the park Blvd store are very rude to customers. The lady who answered the phone was not very helpful or nice. What happened to satisfying the customer. Definitely not at this store. Beware of their online ads.

    First, I called the number for Hungry Howies in Bradenton FL. I got a lady that could barely speak English. I asked her if this was the Hingry Howies on Route 70 and she said yes. When I arrived I was told my order did not exist. I placed a new order for chicken wings but now being told I can no longer request flats only. I always got flats before but was told the new manager does not want to do that anymore. This is bad customer service. I will no longer be going to Hungry Howies for wings.
