    I would give zero stars. The owner Steve started a repair August 2024, said he ordered parts and then did not return texts or voicemails for August and September after numerous attempts to reach him to complete the repair. Eventually the mailbox was full. Nextdoor app is now full of complaints about this company posted recently.

    We have a maintenance contract and have been trying to reach them but they won’t return a call or email. And this was before the recent hurricanes. And now they have the audacity to ask for a contract renewal. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

    We purchased our generator late last year from Generator Solutions of SWFL, *** and had no complaints with the installation process. In May, 2023, we called for annual maintenance and had no problem getting someone out within the week. Our problems started in mid-July when our generator was damaged by lightning. We called immediately when we saw that our generator was not working. A repair person came out, replaced a couple of parts and told us that he would have to order additional parts. We called back after a week and were told that a repair person would be out the next day. He did not show up and we did not receive a call about rescheduling. In the following month and a half, we called approximately 15 times, leaving a voicemail each time. We never got a response. We sent a message via the website and never received a response. We sent an email and never received a response. Our final call was made on September 1 and all we got was that the mailbox was full. That day, we called another generator repair company who immediately returned our call and have been extremely responsive. We will not recommend Generator Solutions of SWFL, *** to anyone.
