      Beware of this business, this is a scam. I received a box of wine that was supposed to be a gift and months later this company started sending me a bill. I told them several times that I never signed up for any of their products but it is useless. I have contacted their customer service several times and it is useless, they keep giving me canned answers.

Our ********* includes delivery every 3 months. Email notifications are sent prior to each ********* case being sent out. Shipments can be declined any time they are unwanted, and the ********* can be canceled at any time.The second Club order was shipped in November 2022. We see that this order was collected from a ***** location on for this at e order in ques 12/9/2022 at 4:49 pm.We would be happy to issue a return label if the order is no longer wanted, and the due balance for the order accepted will be immediately cleared from the account.       I never enrolled in your club . Somebody said that they were sending wone to me as a gift. I dont know how your company accepted their ordered and sent the wine since I never placed *** order. This is a scam, you accepted to "enroll" me in your club without my consent. You guys accepted that order from a different person. I never provided my credit card or consented to any subscriptions. I have mever seen a business that accepts an order for another person and then sends a bill to somebody who never did business with them The box that I received didnt have any information saying that I was supoosed to pay X or Y ammount to accept it. This sounds to me like a scam, your company accepted and order and then months later sends a surprise bill to an unsupecting customer. Please send shipping supplies and I will be happy to send you whatever bottles are left. You can send the bill for the rest of those bottles to whoever placed the order.

      I never never enrrolled in *** club, I repeat I never enrrolled in any club. I have called their customer service 3 times and they always twist things to make it look like I enrrolled in their club. I think that They intentionally ignore the facts to continue business practices that are not acceptable.

      Great value wines Was always more than content Until I had a problem **************** is HORRIFIC. You are ************************ to a call centre in a foreign country in which English is very poor. And all those call Centre employees have simply canned responses. I called several times but had no success to resolve my problems. I emailed customer service three times and never got the courtesy of a response. It breaks my heart because I really loved the wines and the value, but I cancelled my membership

      The wine is great but the website barely works and the customer service is poor at best. I had multiple problems placing an order for a Christmas gift. I called and placed my order over the phone because the website wouldnt let me place an order. When I realized the order wasnt delivered by Christmas as promised on the phone I was told they cant ship until 2023. I feel I was misled just to get an order placed. No real apologies from customer service, Im about done with my membership. Its a shame as the wine is wonderful.

      Thanks for letting me know the issue was the inability to ship due to a legal issue and not an error by the WSJwine coworker that took my order, but rather a deficiency in the ordering process of WSJwine. In the future I would recommend that if an order cannot ship that the customer be notified before finalizing the order. In this case I only learned of the issue after I realized my Christmas gift never arrived and after i contacted WSJwine. I should have been notified before I placed the order so I could have planned another Christmas gift.

      ***** lied about the 'attempted' delivery. I have cameras all over my property. I can't be waiting in my house all day for a delivery. I called *** Wines to cancel my account, which was confirmed by the *** Wine representative. Two weeks later my credit card account was debited over $183. To my surprise ***** attempted a delivery, which I refused. I emailed *** wine prior to this delivery. I received an email confirming that my account was canceled, and I did not have to do anything. I emailed them twice more asking for clarification. Alas, they never responded. The wine might be OK, but their customer service is deplorable. Never again!

      The wine is decent for the price range. The shipment itself is well packaged and the out-of-box touches are nice. But there's a major problem.The moment you choose to cancel the wine club subscription, they'll bill and ship an ADDITIONAL order and charge you the full amount. It appears to be the standard practice for WSJwine from *********************** wine club members. I had the quarterly wine shipments for ****** July, and October, all of which I wanted, and happily paid for. I decided to cancel in November, yet in the same week they billed an additional shipment to me and said it was part of my wine club. Even if I never cancelled, the next one should have been in January, not November.I went through several layers of customer service. The live chat was an atrocious experience. The phone conversation was more productive, but this is a ridiculous practice nonetheless. At best it's a bad practice born out of some intern's attempt to "increase" retention and subscription revenue. At worst, it's a completely unauthorized charge that they probably get away with enough times to make it worthwhile. I would have happily restarted my subscription in the future but this experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth.

      Hi ******* We are so sorry for the confusing experience and happy to clarify the matter. The case that shipped in November was your special Holiday Shipment. We never want these shipments to be a surprise, and sent a letter regarding the order back in September, followed by an email early November. Both gave instructions as to how to decline the shipment if it was unwanted.Your ********* membership was cancelled online on November 22nd, which was 2 days after this Holiday shipment had already begun to prepare. However, you are never obliged to keep an wine that you do not want! We have sent you a return label which can be used to have ***** collect the case at no cost to you, and a full refund will be issued.We hope this explanation helps and apologize for the unfortunate timings with this occurence.Kind regards,Customer Service

      I got a coupon in the mail for WSJ wine and decided to look through their website to see how much the actual total would be before i submitted the order. I was not given a summary after i stupidly put in all of my information, and THEN was told it would be 89$. I wouldnt have ordered the wine had i known it was going to be that price. I immediately called customer service and had them cancel the order and I could get a refund having accidentally placed the order. They put through the refund and told me per paypals policy it might be 30 days. Its been well over 30 days and still havent recieved my refund. I called and they told me it was still pending. I have talked on the phone with customer service several times with them reassuring me I would be getting my refund and nothing would be shipped, I ALWAYS ask for confirmation emails and I NEVER recieve them even though they tell me they will send them. They told me they would escalate the issue and i never recieved confirmation of that so i have no way of knowing if they did. My email was inputted correctly. I still haven't gotten my refund and no one it seems can help me and at this point I would at least like the wine since they can't get me my money back!
