  Office scheduled the service for next morning. The tech was prompt and very courteous. He was knowledgeable and fixed the issue immediately. Will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbers again for any service issues.

  Zero star I had really hard time with this company I wish I didnt even think to hire them to fix my plumbing issue in my bathroom.first I called after I get leak in my bathroom, I didnt had any experience what to do I called the company to found solution, they Sent technician his name **** he give estimate for $8000 to change the pip in the house and he said the leak in the bathroom from the pipe and from the water heater so you have to change both for $10,500. I said there is no any better solution. He said this is the only solution to fix your leak after and we can fix everything in the bathroom one month later I get the same leak and they make a hole in the front of the house to run the pipe from the attic instead to run the pipe from the meter to the kitchen. The water comes very hot from the cold line. After one month I get the same issue and I got another company to fix the leak for $300.this company are not fair and not professional. I dont recommend this company to anybody.they sent their manger ** will try to convince me to pay another $8000 to run the pipe from the front of the house to the water meter I already refused and he threatened me to cut the pipe and I had to call the police for him to protect myself. He tried to convince me sign for another $3000 I refused he started to raise his voice in my house it was very unprofessional before the police officer came in my house he apologies and he said you dont need to pay anything. This is very fake and unprofessional. I dont recommend this company to anybody.

  Excellent service by Ben Franklin Plumbing's Lonnie M.. Great timing, neat and clean after-installation and work. Courteous and a nice fella. All aspects including company person who took my call and arranged the appointment. Results excellent. Hot water installation works perfectly. Will use Ben Franklin again.
