    Will charge you for picking up a package (your property) from their store which is an option from any outbound UPS location. When I asked the ***** (manager) to show me the policy in writing or show it posted in the store she said, "it's not but is our policy, it's never been a problem for anyone else." I noted, I don't care about others not feeling robbed to which she noted, "I don't care about your package and threw it on the floor"!!!!! They arbitrarily charge anywhere from $5 to $50 to claim your property that you already paid exorbitant shipping fees for. When I called ahead to the store and asked if they receive shipments they never noted this policy, nor did anyone at the UPS location on the shippers end. I complained to UPS corporate but the UPS Stores are managed separately and can do whatever they want without recourse. Complete ****!

    Terrible service! They are ******** people pushing packages sales with the Amazon returns. They said Amazon requieres packages this is a completely lie. You can send the package in any box the employees will try to confuse you and make you buy a bag from the store: other *** and staples put the products in plastic box and that it. This store is a completely scam.
