- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Cancellation Policy: Payments on account will not be refunded on cancellations unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period for the same rental income. If the property is not re-rented for the cancelled period, the entire advance rental payment will be forfeited. If the property is re-rented, your advance payment (less a $150.00 cancellation fee and any difference in rental income) will be refunded by check upon receipt of payment from the new guest.
We reserve the right to discount the week in order to fill it with a new guest. Any difference in rate due to a last minute incentive, will be included in cancellation fee deducted from the refund. If the booking is cancelled between confirmation and receipt of deposit, there will be a $150 cancellation charge. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance coverage which provides full refunds for covered reasons. - Business Categories
