    I am a veteran and had an appointment set up with a man named ************** was wanting to put in an increase for myself and was told he would be able to help me. As I went into his office, he was very short and did not listen to a word I was saying to him. I told him I was not there for a dependency issue, but he just looked at his computer and said "Well this is what is open, so that is what I am going to look at". I again told him I was not there for that and needed help with putting in an increase. He was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I do not know why they have these men in this position that are supposed to help us veterans, but then are rude and give no help at all. When I was walking out he said "Oh well, good luck to you". This was the kind of service I received from him. I tried to contact Pasco County as well to complain, but there was no one there to complain to. I was told to go to BBB and make a complaint. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE on *********************** Drive. Stay away! Veterans deserve better service than what I received from here. Go to the actual VA and see the *** there. ***** was extremely helpful and he put my claim in for me. It took 10 minutes!
