      Zero stars for J & J. I placed an order online from the J & J website and, after not hearing back from anyone, I called the store to check on the status. Logan answered the phone and was incredibly rude. I told him that I assumed the gun was not in stock since I didnt hear from anyone but I asked if they had the gun in stock, he insulted me, calling me ******, and explained that the website I ordered from was just a portal and they would contact me when it came in. Naturally, I became upset and raised my voice to clarify what I was asking because the "Portal" said it was in stock. In response, Logan told me to "**** off" and hung up on me. I called back to cancel the order, and Logan told me to call back on Monday to speak with Cheryl. It's clear that Logan is not suited for customer service, especially in a setting where professionalism and courtesy are crucial. Telling a customer to "**** off" after they simply try to clarify their request is unacceptable. With so many gun stores in Port Charlotte, there's no reason to put up with such unprofessional behavior. Logan has no business working in retail, let alone in a gun store where communication with customers is key.
