    Worst experience The owner first conned us into believing that the tile she so owed us was special and that was why it was about 1/3 higher in cost compared to others. She then convinced us that the installer who had recommended us to her store was fantastic. No so. Every floor has a level issue with one being 3/4 out of level Even though we purchased at the installers request 1/32 Cortag spacers many of the tiles are as much as 1/8 spaced Tiles if Pomoano owner came out to see the issues and claimed that it had been walked on too early. Since the only people in the condo were the installers Therin lied the problem. However considering that all walls in the showers also have the same issues, who asked on them?A total unprofessional botch job They claimed it could be fixed by tile replacement. Two tile installers, a remodeler, and General contractor viewed it and totally disagreed. To be fixed everything must come out and properly installed

    WOW, after everything I've done for you, taking your calls on my days off, after hours, on Sunday's, going to your job site to find the problem is that the floor was walked on.! This is disgusting by far, there is NOTHING wrong with the tile you purchased from my store that we imported and sold to you for  $3.69 sf. Contractor pricing, given to you by the contractor that referred you to me, for a (polished) 24x48 out of *****, this contractor has had NO complaints from any of the clients referred to them EVER in the last 2 years we have worked with them, except from you. I think you're the con artist here, trying to get out of paying for an installation on your floor.

    And as for your 1/32 grout joint, this is what you requested the installer to do, my paperwork CLEARLY states not to use less than 1/16th.

    You even complained your backsplash was the wrong color, until you brought the piece in and got embarrassed because it was the exact color as the sample you chose it from, and if I conned you, why did you come back and purchase this?

    Go Bully someone else, seems your good at it.

    This is a great place if you are looking for a huge selection at fair price. The staff is very helpful and friendly. ***** was a pleasure to work with. She was on top of everything through the whole process. Her recommendation for an installer was so good. ***** from Payless Tile was excellent. I would highly recommend Tiles of Pompano and ***** to anyone looking for a wonderful experience! ????
