  Incredibly unprofessional. This is the worst moving company I have ever had the displeasure of using. First, the sales agent quoted 1 same-day pick up and delivery only to find out later that it would be next day, evening. While frustrated, I waited until the next day, when I was told it would be another 24 hours. Now lacking my medication and necessary supplies, I was in a panic. I waited the additional 24 hours ONLY to find they were delayed yet ANOTHER 24 hours. The experience was a nightmare. The agent misrepresented the delivery and pick up. And worst of all, after they finally arrived 4 days later than planned, they "misplaced" several items including an expensive bar cart. A legal suit is in motion. Do not use them.
