Allen Clean-Out Services is a professional company that exceeded our expectations. Allen Clean-Out is detailed, efficient, and client focused. All of the items to be removed from the property was completed with little supervision and excellent service. I highly recommend Allen Clean-Out for removal of unwanted items or junk.

Wow! Thank you so much, Mr. *********************** and your amazing crew! From the beginning, you explained that it was difficult to give a set price because more things would likely come up as we worked through the houseand you were absolutely right. As we uncovered more areas, I could see why your approach was so thoughtful. Your team was incredibly thorough and didnt miss a single detail, especially in the kitchen, where they went item by item to ensure everything was sorted and all expired products were removed. The attention to detail and professionalism you brought to the job were truly impressive. I couldnt be more pleased with the results and the care you put into the work. This service was fantastic! They were very professional. We used them for haul away, hazmat cleaning, and a more detailed deep cleaning. It was so helpful to find a single business that could meet all of our various needs at once. The job that needed to be done was extremely stressful but having that particular team of people with me that day, made it a little more bearable. They were a pleasure to work with. Principled, efficient and professional is how I can best describe Allen Clean-Out Services. I called ****** and within 2 minutes of speaking with him, I knew this was someone I wanted to do business with. Because my home was in Miami-Dade, he asked me to take some pics of what I wanted hauled away. Afterwards, we spoke and discussed price, which was more than fair. ****** and his crew arrived on-time. We walked around and I mentioned that I was planning on donating furniture but was hesitant because the donation company was due to arrive on the same day of the closing and I was concerned they may not take all pieces of furniture. ****** and I discussed him taking these pieces and the additional cost. I don't want to say ****** is low-key, but he absolutely is not pushy. I was so impressed with what I was seeing that I also hired them to clean the condo. ****** and his crew worked methodically to clear out 40 years worth of stuff within the time promised. Allen Clean-Out Services saved that day and made this entire project completely stress-free for me. Early next year, I will be contacting Allen Clean-Out Services again to move items from a major storage unit to a self-storage unit. Fortune 500 Company CEOs could learn a lot from ****** and should study ******' customer service skills... and it is a skill. I will absolutely recommend Allen Clean-Out Services to everyone. I hope to see Allen Clean-Out Services on the Fortune 500 list one day, they certainly deserve it.
