      Woof. Alright so I won a high ticket item on gunbroker. I was bidding on other stuff that ended up only selling for 20$ more than this bid. However both were unfired and both had very good feedback and are well known. This particular item was starting bid of around $3700 and stated as new old stock and quoting the description the previous owner stated unfired.Sounds fair? Won my bid and paid $4180 after tax and fees. The firearm comes as advertised on the outside and looks great. Bring it home and break it down. Major peening and color wear on the carrier. No big deal, I own a file. These things are gas machines so they wear pretty hard. However, the bolt itself is pancaking and the piston is soot black. Obviously more than a test fire from factory. The free float firing pin is literally misshapen by the hard hammer. While wear is normal with the hard US triggers these guys have to put in these firearms, this pin is needing replacement. And the bolt dont look so hot either with that trigger slapping it. Again, obvious signs this thing has been fired a lot.I call immediately and I dont demand anything and am nothing but polite. I voice my issues in a low and respectful tone and the guy is audibly upset. No big deal. I explain the wear and how the firearm is not NOS, and the description is way off. If I wouldve known what I know, I wouldve paid the extra 20$ and won the bid on the other exact rifle. The guy states he looked it over himself and the rifle only appeared test fired.Brother, get better glasses and give accurate descriptions. No he didnt offer anything. No he wasnt exactly nice. Hes kinda wack and so is his description. 4 grand is a lot of money to not get what you asked for. Thanks guys, 100% will copy and paste this to every forum and ************** to anyone who mentions your name.
