    Ive used bull bag twice. Once a year ago this time and once this past month. First experience was great, second was terrible.4/22 ordered a bag pickup and also emailed service asking if they had replacement pvc pipe for the corner of the bag as I noticed on setup that apparently it got dumped in the previous pickup. I immediately got a response saying the driver would drop off extra when they picked it up. I expected the bag to be emptied by 4/24 based on their 48 hour promise. 4/29 I emailed customer service again asking if I missed a step as the bag was still sitting full on my lawn. No reply.5/1 I called customer service and was told there was a delay in the area but my bag would be picked up in the next day. I also got a voicemail saying that I would be receiving a $20 credit due to the delay. As of 5/8 I have yet to see that.5/2 the truck showed up at 7PM to empty the bag and in the process left a rather large spill of what smelled like either diesel fuel or heating oil on my driveway. The driver of the truck actually stood watching it spill out of the back, proceeded to drag the release cables through it and then left it that way. Note: I did not put anything with fuel or oil in it in my dumpster bag as its against their regulations.5/3 I called in the afternoon asking if it was now my responsibility to clean up a fuel spill in my driveway, the customer service agent said to take pictures (I had) and send them to the service email. You know, the same one Id been getting no reply from, and that Id hear back. Im sure it comes as no surprise that by 5/8 I still have zero reply from them.5/6 I sent another email asking for any kind of reply. Still nothing.Buyer beware. Ill be looking at competitors for my future dumpster bag needs.

    Great product and great service. The people working there now care about their customers and the service they provide. Happy I gave them a second chance because they really turned things around! I fell strongly enough about them, their service their product and their pricing! Definitely give them a try!!!
