Beware of Automatic Lease Renewal If you're considering leasing copiers from TGI Office Automation, proceed with caution. While their copier solutions may seem appealing at first glance, the devil lies in the details of their leasing agreements. One glaring issue with TGI's leasing policy is their sneaky automatic 1-year lease renewal clause. Unless you meticulously keep track of your lease termination date and jump through hoops to cancel within a ridiculously narrow window of 60 to 120 days prior, you'll find yourself trapped in another year-long contract without even lifting a finger. It's a blatant attempt to lock customers into long-term commitments, regardless of whether their needs or circumstances change. This automatic renewal policy reeks of opportunism and a lack of regard for customer convenience. Instead of fostering trust and loyalty, TGI seems more interested in exploiting loopholes to ensure a steady stream of revenue, even if it means disregarding the best interests of their clients. For businesses seeking flexibility and transparency in their copier leasing arrangements, TGI's approach is a major red flag. It's a classic case of prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction, and frankly, it's unacceptable. In conclusion, unless you're willing to play by TGI's unfair rules and risk getting stuck in an endless cycle of lease renewals, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere for your copier needs. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that value honesty and integrity in their dealings with customers – unfortunately, TGI Office Automation doesn't seem to be one of them.
