    I see all of these positive reviews but I cannot comment on the quality of their work because I never had any work done by this company although I did contact them for an estimate. But I only gave them one star because they never got back to me. ***** came by and looked at what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He said he would get back to us with an estimate but after several weeks of me communicating via emails, text messages and him telling me that hes still working on an estimate, he still never got back to me so I gave up. I understand if theyre busy, but he could of at least told me he would not have time to be able to do the work. If theyre so busy then why do they bother going to someones home to do an assessment of the work and then never get back to them? The same happened with 2 other companies. Ive found that contractors in south ******* tend to be unreliable for the most part. We eventually found an independent licensed contractor through a relative and he did a great job and were 100% satisfied. It makes me think that maybe we dodged a bullet.I gave this company a review on ****** but their reply was that they did not recognize my ****** account name so that's why they never replied to me. However, he gave me his business card and I had reached out to him via email with my full name and contact info so he can send me an estimate of the work. So that's a bad excuse for not following up with someone, in my opinion. I'm sure he comes across many people/clients, but don't waste people's time just like you would not want people to waste your time either.
