"My second online order hasn't been sent out at all, I haven't received an email saying there was anything wrong with my order much less that I was even going to get my order, and I haven't been able to get into contact with anyone via the customer support phone number or their email address. Please do yourself a favor and find the product via another source and not directly through their website."
