After a call with ******, they completed my trademark application in two days handling the entire process from start to finish. I'm now the proud owner of a trademark for my company name, giving me the peace of mind knowing that I own the rights to my brand. If needed, this allows me to prevent competitors from using my company's name which could cause confusion in the marketplace.   I had a horrific experience with this law group. It started off with a pay link before the free phone consultation for infringement. The meeting went as scheduled after I made the payment. I was personally having infringing items removed from **** as well. There, I found a potential investor to sign a licensing agreement. I called his assistant to set up another free phone consultation. Again, I was sent a link for payment before the free phone consultation. The phone call went as scheduled. I'm still trying to figure out where the free part came from, lol! After weeks of waiting, I decided to reach out. I waited and waited and waited. Finally I received the licensing agreement. The numbers that we discussed in the phone conversation were different. I tried calling, calling, emailing, emailing for weeks to resolve the issue. It honestly felt like a scam. I started feeling like a stalker, lol! When he finally emailed me back, I felt like I was being scolded. Im in the process of hiring another attorney. I asked for a fair/half of my money back. I felt like I was scolded again. I guess I just get what I got, Honestly, this was just "MY" personal experience. I went to this firm because of over 100 cases of infringement listings on ****. That means I had 100 problems. When decided to find another attorney. I had 103 problems. I lost contact with the possible investor. The infringing listings are still out of control. And, I have to pay someone else for what I paid them to do.
