    At one point I was ready to give up but I knew I needed to start getting some disability help. When I called the customer representatives were so helpful and assured me they were doing everything they could to get this done for me. So glad I didnt give up.

    This group helped me file all the necessary paperwork and request all medical information making it an easy process for me. The only issue I had was when I moved to another state the time difference became 3 hours behind their office so they needed to take into consideration where their clients were located if in a different time zone instead, they took me off the call back list to check in for further information so I had to keep calling to get my files updated so I had to remember to call and update my doctor information. After 3 denials I finally got approved. Hallelujah!!! Thank you for assisting me in this process you made a difference.

    I was going to give up on the disability claim when I started drawing Social Security as I didnt think I would win after being turned down. The lawyers assured me that I would win and talked me out of stopping the claim. They were with me every step of the way. I won my case after 4 denials! Everyone is professional and polite and answer any questions that I had. I would recommend them.

    The process of filing for Disability can be intimidating. When I decided it was time because of my personal situation I chose Disability Help Group and I am so very glad I did. Not only have they been Very Professional, but the understanding and empathy I was given as I came to terms with my ailments has been the added plus without question. My advocate Betsy and Alexandria have been a godsend . I had heard the process could take at least 2yrs from start to approval when you start this journey.
