    I think they need to be investigated!!! Another assessment on top of one I already am paying for. The owners here (including myself) are not getting clear answers. Where's all the money going? I am on a fixed budget and this is killing me financially. It's unacceptable because we can't get an item by item reason for the rush. We get a letter one day the end of November and they tell us the first payment is due December 1st. How is that normal?? How do I get someone to investigate our books? I have never in 18 years complained before or was worried about where our money is. I have ideas. They're not good.

    ******** company and employees! Having to deal w this company for 20 yrs. Theyve gone from bad to worse. According to this company NOTHING is their responsibility and everything is the owners. The building is in disrepair, common walkways dirty, building and walkways paint peeling off, cracked and broken tiles on first floor units to name a few issues. Lastly, they like to harass owners via mail, I have in writing. All I want to do is move from my condo I love!

    We are being managed by this company, little did I know how bad it was rated and that it was not credited by your organization! Very disappointed my present HOA is so engaged with them , and how many errors the make administering our buildings, very concerned about the attitude and arrogance displayed by their President ! How can I write a complaint to get them out of our site .

    Not very responsive. When asked repeatedly for information, they terminated our contract. I think they may be overwhelmed with work since some of their managers have left. I dont think the new hires can keep up, especially the new one they assigned to us. They probably decided to drop the squeaky wheel. I note that our new board had just been elected and were in desperate need of help to pay bills and getting financial information.

    As the President of an HOA that is managed by West Broward Community Management, I would have to warn anyone who is considering doing business with this company to stay away. The ********** ****************** never returns phone calls, emails, or text messages. He assigned an inexperienced property manager who has been licensed only a few months before to manage our community.They have not provided monthly financials, sent out coupon books, paid vendors, visited our neighborhood, and are non-responsive to the homeowners. Horrible Company!
