    Not a reliable company. Non-English speaking company w/ poor customer service. My *** roadside assistance assigned this company for a tow for my car. They answered the call promptly; however, only have me waiting over an hour outside the given time, without a call explaining their lateness. When my husband called for an explanation, he was told they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to give me a time of their arrival. So, because my car didn't need to be at the dealership until the morning, we SCHEDULED a tow pickup for the next morning at 7am. In the morning, I still hadn't heard from the company, so I called to inquire and my appointment was confirmed. However, once again, they were late. I actually called myself an U*** and arrived to the dealership before my car. I had a 845 am appt scheduled. I arrived at the dealership at 930 am, my car arrived at 1015 am. Needless to say, I missed my 845 am appt an had to wait most of the day and missed work. My original pick up time was 7 am. Then when I called, I was told again, "We were busy and had to pick up another vehicle". Even though I had scheduled an appt the day before. I called the office to express my concern with the poor service and I was going to file a complaint, the representative said, "Okay, Go ahead". It's very obvious this company is only about making money not customer service. I would definitely not advise using this company for any of your towing services.

    Don't trust these ppl, they agree to prices, then haggle u when they arrive, basically a waste of time..literally... do not trust this company
