Company appears to be potentially offering a legit and possibly good service, i dont know for sure. BUT, we did not sign up as we had gotten a bad feeling in our stomachs after the high pressure tactics was placed on us after hours. we were "lectured" or high pressured via text messages that night for not jumping on this that evening after hours. i was informed that a new "contract" would be emailed over and i never received the new docusign email...but was told the next day, "oh, we just updated the old link". maybe an email telling me this would have been a good idea. I generally do not make any large purchases the same day and that really offends some people and that approach leaves me with a bad feeling. text string to me below (not including text string to the marketing manager):ME TEXTING: Ok. I never received the revised email until this morning and didn't really like all the after hours hurry hurry hurry...I only deal with buyers and Realtors after hours. Not the normal things that should be resolved during the day.FROM THEM:Okay not sure what you mean. "marketing comp person" made it clear when communicating to XXXXXX that we would be willing to honor a sign up incentive price but the agreement would need to be completed and sent back by midnight. No hurry hurry at all. I actually reached out a few times between 7:30-8pm because I too live in ******** and I received zero response from both you and XXXXXX. Also there was no document sent to you this morning. The original document sent to you had everything you wanted to see and it expired and was voided in the middle of the night due to incompletion. Not fair to everyone else we work with who did actually have to act same day to receive that deal, for you guys to act at anytime and still get the same deal. Thats like me telling you the day after you signed up for the 2 months of services for ** and I told you I signed another client up for 2 months for only 2k. Hey Darren, I tried calling and left a voicemail. I am sorry you felt the need to leave us a negative review, I would have loved the opportunity to chat first -- as I honestly had no idea you felt this way, it was never shared with us.
I understand you may not agree with how strict we are about our same day offer, but we offered an incredible deal that gave you everything you were looking for, even beyond what we normally would do because i wanted to make it work for you. My only stipulation was that the deal needed to be utilized same day, which you agreed to proceed with. You were in communication with my sales team until 9-10pm at night and were still claiming you were going to be sending it over until we eventually stopped hearing back.
When I woke up the next morning I voided the docusign, just as Emilee told you I would. That was my call and its exactly how we go about that situation every time, it had nothing to do with you personally.
If you ask me, the immoral thing would have been to ignore the terms we agreed on and extend that promotional offer to you the next day, while at the same time forcing other people to pay the regular price for not taking advantage of it.
So you can disagree with our tactics, but I am a man of my word and I am not going to go back on my word to try and make a quick buck.
As you mentioned we are extremely well reviewed online and have over 50+ 5 star reviews from some of the biggest performers in the mortgage industry. So we are very good at what we do, and business owner to business owner I wish you would've brought this to me before going online, but ultimately I respect your decision and feedback.
I have no hard feelings about this, you were planning on signing up before we even mentioned a same deal. So you are always welcome to call us in the future if interested. And I left you a voicemail so you can feel free to call me back at anytime if you would like to discuss this matter further.

Weve been using them for a little over six months. Will it magically fix your business? No. Will they help you actually do what they say theyre going to do? Yes. Very responsive helpful and definitely worth the money. The only problem is you actually have to do your part so dont look at them as a magic pill or a silver bullet.Review fromMichael M

5 Stars is not enough to express how happy I am with Media Simplified! **** and ****** are the best. They are super helpful, knowlegeable and their customer service is 2nd to none. Whenever I have an idea, thoughts, requests, questions, they aways have a solution and a plan. if i can double the amount of stars above, i would go 10+ I have been working with ****** and ****, for about 2 months now. When i first started, i thought i knew how to market my business better than anyone else, and that i just need to mass email and texts, for our pipelines to thrive! Media Simplified did not only welcome my marketing approach, but also supported my plans by setting the marketing material and videos to use. they patiently tried many different ways, but my approach had no good results, for over a month or so, which is when ****** and ****, asked me to try what they recommend for a few days to see if it is a better fit or not. Little did i know, my phone was blowing up with client messages and appointments. Some good and some not too good, but overall, i immediately realized the difference, politely folded my cards and started betting on Media Simplifieds expertise and knowledge. Appointments started coming in again. I will recommend Media Simplified to my family and colleagues who can benefit from the marketing magic that i personally experienced with Media Simplified. Even tho I have not funded a file with them yet (we just started), but with the recent activities and swift changes they did for me, and the amount of appointments that i received, i am ready to sign with them for life. I have been vetting this company for the past several months, not feeling comfortable enough to "pull the trigger" because every time I get on the phone with one of their reps, they seem to try too hard and are either borderline rude or too insistent. No one likes a "pushy" sales person and they seem to have a few of them on staff, so I just figured it was "their way" of doing Business. I attempted one final time and was met with the same negative energy that simply made me say, "NO THANKS!" to Media Simplified. No one should be made to feel worse after getting off the phone with a company advertising how well they do in our industry with other L.O.s or Branch Managers. Just no tact to win my Business!Media Simplified

Hey ******, I tried reaching out to you directly several times so we could discuss this conversation you described further and have gotten zero response from you. I listened to the call in question and hear absolutely no sign of the "negative energy" that is in question.
As you said you chose to get on and discuss signing up with us not once but several times. I believe weve had 5 lengthy conversations with you. My sales person was simply trying to get to the core of what it was that was holding you back from actually getting started with us. You may think that is pushy but realistically that is the nature of sales.
Im sorry you felt like coming here and leaving a negative review was the only course of action. Looking through your conversations with us you give no signs of this what so ever. I do wish you would've given me the opportunity to resolve the situation for you as I would've been happy to make this right if I found there was any wrong doing.

The salesperson sold me on a dream, I ended up spending $2,500 dollars being promised 50 leads and barely getting 20, also their CRM has tons of bugs and tech issues. When I called to cancel he lied to my face about the lead count and said they had given me a discount (they didn't) then proceeded to blame me for using my cell to call when their dialer was down. I should have known from the beginning when they couldn't give me an average on the cost per lead or on the cost per closing that this company was a joke. This is the first and hopefully last online review I have given I just hope I can prevent someone from making the same mistake as myselfMedia Simplified

I had a long conversation with ****. He posted this out of anger and after speaking with me agreed that we had in fact delivered everything we promised. I also continued to help him with items he needed after this negative review was left. He tried to have the review removed but was unable too as BBB makes them permanent. He is leaving another positive review to let people know the situation was corrected. If you have any questions about this situation Id be happy to chat more and explain the entire situation. **** will tell you personally that this was handled professionally and there were certainly faults made on his end that led to his poor results with us.
