    I had a signed agreement with Mr ****** to take down some trees and haul off.
    The agreement clearly stated this and this agreement stated that full payment would be made upon completion.
    The trees were taken down ,but the haul off did not happen. I was put off for several days by Mr ****** and I had to give him a deadline to fulfill the agreement or I would have to hire someone else , because I would soon be in code violation myself.
    Mr ****** never showed having said he would multiple times. I contracted with another service.
    Thankful I held back some money, but I still had to put out extra money above what I held back.
    Mr ****** comes across as a very likable person, but after a deep dive online and of my expetience, unfortunately , I can not recommend M Walker Tree Services in Pensacola.
