  The owner/operator was very fast to come out and give an estimate to replace rotten wood and stop the leaking that caused it. The non-itemized invoice I received ast about 10% higher, but was still what I thought was reasonable. After getting half the funds to get the materials, the company wasn't able to work at the time they originally gave me because of weather and some personal issues like losing workforce or misplacing transport vehicles. They did come within the week and remove the rotten wood. Within that week it rained, and the leak had not been fixed. Communication between myself and the owner had either a worker or himself coming out to fix the caulking issue to stop the leak. Further investigation revealed that some of the lights on that side of my house no longer work. Communication stopped almost completely after the invoice was paid in full with promises of return to finish repairs. One reply was sent by the owner apologizing for not responding to multiple messages stating that personal life and tragedy had kept him from keeping up his end. It has been over a month since he last told me he would be there that upcoming week.

  I would be very careful with this company. They did a bathroom tile job. They came in and did the job. Left things undone. Left places that needed to be touched up not done. Left holes in the walls. When had to move towel racks. Put them back but left holes. Did not ask where needed to put safety bars. went according to what they thought not asking where good heights would be for safety. Played rock music very loud while doing job. Why did not do mixing and cleaning outside in yard? but did it in Florida room. Left white spots on brand new tile in Florida room. Even put equipment on a brand new table left white spots. Left white spots on leather chairs. Not coming off. Worse was dropped something in brand new tub that left a hole. They left did not say anything about it. went in and saw it. Had to call to get them to ask what happened. They come to fix the hole. They did but it’s very obvious where the hole was as did not even attempt to match it to tub color. They wanted to be paid and said come back to touch up. Was a no show when said coming one day. No call no text. It’s been several months. We call voice mail always full. Text no return replies. They just got their money and disappeared. Still see them like on Facebook but can’t get any response for an incomplete job. Very dissatisfied with the owner of company.
