Do not buy windows from Ecoview. 3/18/23 We signed contract 7/12/23 Installation: one window was the wrong style another window was cracked. They had to be reordered. 10/6/23 replacement windows were installed but the replacement of one window was damaged. 1/5/24 Damaged window was replaced. Waiting for inspection (permit had expired) 2/2/24 Inspection failed. Installers should have left partly undone for inspector to see that they were secured properly. Customer service is not good.

We waited over a year for our windows, customer relations is non-existent . We would call them as they would not contact us. The whole experience has felt like a con job in motion. They finally sent installers out today who told us one window was completely destroyed at the warehouse location and could not be brought to the job site, another window was cracked. We rejected the windows out of fear we would never see a replacement. No has called or attempted any kind of contact. We did the prep work of removing our blinds as requested and moved furniture. My home is a mess no blinds and no new windows. Stay away from this company, they could care less about their customers. Oh I would have gone with zero if possible. I would not trust this company or recommend them. Someone had to have known the product was damaged. We should have been contacted and you would think if a install was rejected they might ask why.

Paid half down 4/27/23 for windows. Still haven't had the re- measure done. Was told 12 weeks at estimate of windows, then told 14 - 18 weeks at signing of the contract. WTH? Rep of company could not tell us where the windows are made. Grant, John and Brad are unprofessional. Correspondence does not exist. Think twice before dealing with this company. SN: Grant / EV lost our business for another home of ours. 11k goes to another company in FWB!

I have gotten poor service from this company. My windows were installed on October 2022 and installer informed us that 1 screen was damaged and that he would have them order it. Now it’s March 2023 and we haven’t received our screen. I have gone to the office 3 times and made numerous phone calls and I get the same story. Angela is the person who I’ve been dealing with I wouldn’t recommend this company to know one.

On 31 December 2021 we decided to order windows from Ecoview. Choosing Ecoview, we thought was a good idea, but you be the judge? The first issue was the price changed after we had agreed and received documentation of the original price. The worker claimed she miscounted the windows and would have to recreate the documents. The windows contract was then signed for 31 December 2021 by myself and 1 Jan 2022 by their company. I called multiple times between 3 Jan 2022 to 22 Feb 2022 to get the windows ordered but kept hearing they had to check with the person who does the ordering. Finally on 22 Feb2022, they sent for a payment which we paid immediately but still no order. I called again asking have the windows been ordered, however I received nothing, no answers and the clerk, again would provide my info to the ordering manager for the 3rd time. On 3 Mar 2022 the windows were finally ordered. Months goes by with date of arrival 27 September 2022 approaching but nothing but crickets. I sent another email 18 September 2022 when they finally replied saying, the windows would be late with an arrival date of, 4 October 2022. We were ok with that being hurricane season was almost over and we had almost made it with no big storm disruptions. But then again another date change that was finally set with us receiving our window installation 2 Dec 2022. Oohhh, but it gets better. It was made known to us that they didn’t order all of the screens for the windows so the job is still incomplete, even though we have paid the full amount. We have been calling and emailing since December 2022 only to hear, the appointment wasn’t scheduled, the screens had not been ordered, they haven’t heard anything after we asked for this situation to be escalated. This feels like Complete chaos! It is now 24 Feb 2023. Clearly over a year from when the order was supposedly ordered and our money taken and the job is still incomplete . If you choose to use Ecoview, Choose wisely!
