    Our new, under warrant travel trailer blew out the wheel bearings on a trip from Michigan to Florida. The problem severely damaged the spindle on the axle. After calling more than a dozen mobile, emergency services, the earliest that anyone could come see it was two weeks. Brandon (Mako RV) added the call to an already full day. Inspected the problem and determined that he needed more information from an axle manufacturer to ensure the safety of the repair. After reviewing the pictures of the spindle with the manufacturer, he determined a solution that was safe for us to drive until we got home at a very reasonable price. We were back on the road in two days, finished our trip, and never had any issues with the wheel bearing on the rest of our trip. He was already booked, but he worked us in (understanding the definition of emergency is "not in two weeks)" without impacting his booked customers. Brandon understands the meaning of customer service.
