    I was very specific in the workings I wanted in a camper and had been to a dozen different locations. Some came close, but none were hitting 100%. Till I walked on to Carpenters lot. I told the salesman what we wanted and he walked us straight to a camper that had EVERYTHING we asked for. We were beginning to think such a camper didn’t exist but there it was. Of course, we bought it and immediately took it on a 6000 mile adventure. Everything worked perfect with no issues. I just took it in for an annual inspection and to have warranty work done before the warranty expired. Nothing I couldn’t do myself, like a loose screw or two, the string coming loose in the front door blind and such. They stayed in constant contact with me while the work was being done and even discovered a small issue I hadn’t noticed. But took care of that too under warranty work before it could become a big issue. These people are GREAT, I could not brag on them enough!! When and if I change campers, they are the ONLY folks I will go to. Even if I had to drive across the country. I guess that’s the difference of a family owned business compared to the corporate ones. They still personally care!

    Had multiple issues with my older rv. The parts staff was amazing helping me find the right items to get it taken care of and ordered replacements for me. I called service to get some work done that I could not do myself and they were friendly and helpful. When I decide to upgrade, I will come to Carpenter's again as they truly are a family company.

    I would give 0 stars if it was possible. If you have time and money to waste go ahead and use them! Took our older class A (which was not purchased from them) to have the slide adjusted. Waited 2 weeks to get it back from the shop. Was also told that we needed our inverter replaced at $3600. We refused that service. Got it back to the house and inverter works fine but, the slide that we paid over $600 to repair is worse than before. We paid an additional $185 for the non issue with the inverter. We can return it to them but they won't give you an appointment and will likely keep it for another 2 weeks. Explained we are remodeling it and can't waste another 2 weeks with it sitting idle. Told them to add us to whatever imaginary list for repair and we would bring it when it was our turn. Flatly denied that and said you must leaving it sitting at their shop until they decide to fix it. What?! Who has time to just wait around for them to decide to fix it? Was also told this is common to need to bring it back. How about fix it the first time?!
