The insurance company closed my claim at half what the contractor estimated the repairs would cost. Andy Waltrip and the team at BPPA came through with a final settlement of more than double that. Highly qualified, excellent communication, top notch service. At a time when I suffering from post hurricane stress, Andy Waltrip from BPPA came in and eased my mind. He took care of everything, cut through the paperwork and the useless phone calls with the insurance company. He kept in touch all along the way and got good results. Don’t hesitate to call them! From our first contact with the receptionist to the BPPA Adjuster Dot and I were impressed with the professionalism “We’ve Got This” attitude. Professionals were working for us all the way thru the process.
BPPA adjusters are all former building contractors working only in Florida on hurricane damaged properties.

I have never experienced filing a claim with an insurance company and when the insurance company came back with the low reimbursement we really did not know what to do. We asked our insurance guy (finds us our insurance policies with the coverage we need) and Niki gave us Builder's Perspective Public Adjusting. I highly, highly recommend this company. In fact I have been recommending them to all my friends and family impacted by Hurricane Ian. The entire team is incredible.
