    six sparrows are crooks. they had a house in vrbo that they did not even have available but they charged my credit card and still have not reversed the charge. i left a message and they will not call back. still trying to get vrbo to help me.

    I hired Sarah Davison of Six Sparrows to manage my Pensacola property for me in 2021. This was my 1st investment property & I thought that I was hiring someone that would help to manage my biggest asset. Sarah talked a big game about how they would look out for me & my property & I fell for it. We had problems from the beginning. I got nice linens since I care about my renters & their experience. I got back to my home & realized that my linens had been lost & replaced with gross linens that did not fit my beds properly. This was blamed on the cleaning company. Speaking of the cleanings...my home was rarely cleaned to the standard that I had been expecting. I would arrive to my home to see crumbs on the floor, cigarette butts left around the hot tub area, furniture had been broken & the pieces were hidden in a closet. Communication was always awful & everytime there was a problem, it was always someone else's fault.
    Now those complaints are nothing. Sarah stopped sending my payments 2 months ago. I noticed a HUGE discrepancy on my April statement which left me wondering if she had been skimming money off of us this whole time. I had always just trusted her & had never checked behind her on the months that I would get a statement...which was not every month. I have no way of going back & trying to see if past payments were correct.
    She abandoned her business & ran off with $$ that belonged to the home owners & renters who trusted her to do her job. Now we are left to pick up the pieces & try to recover from this violation of our trust. I tried to fire them in Dec. & Sarah begged me for another chance. I really wish that I had gone with my gut & terminated my contract with them then. Now they owe me $6K that I will never get & I am missing out on $10K of missed income from me having to cancel my summer reservations & start over. I hope that Sarah pays for what she has done. And I will be more careful of who I trust as this was the most expensive mistake of my life!!

    Six Sparrows had been managing my property and in the past year, I've had issue after issue with no resolutions. I live out of town so am unable to check on the property so trusted my home to them. The cleaners were doing a poor job, communication was awful (basically ignored) and no action. Every time I went to visit the home, there was damage that I had to fix that no one told me about and deep cleaning that needed to happen because they were not doing it. The home was filthy when I arrived even though I had been told that it had been deep cleaned the week before. I sent photos of the filth that I saw and no one ever responded. On top of this, I've had to chase for my statements and am still owed for 2 months of rentals which I know they are not going to pay. This means I am unable to pay my bills and my taxes. I was also lied to about future bookings that I know I had in June so not only have they stolen 2 months of rental income but also any June bookings that I had as well. I also know that I am not the only owner that this has happened to. Their behavior is unprofessional and unethical on a business level and despicable on a personal level.

    Sarah Davidson of Six Sparrows properties, Is not what she appears to be. She owes me several thousand dollars from managing my vacation rentals. I have not been paid for April, May or June this year. I’ve not received a statement since December 2022. I’ve tried to contact her hundreds of times. Phone, email and texts. She has not replied.
    Damages have not been paid for. Missing linens and other items have never been accounted for. Units not cleaned properly. The list goes on. Now the question is where is the money that I’m owed, That she has been paid by Airbnb and Vmbo? How do I get my money? What is she doing with it? Why has she not paid me?
    How many others are in the same position as me? Where is she hiding out? Do I have to hire a private detective to find her? She should not get away with this.
    I would be glad if suggestions.

    We rented a property on Sound side Dr in Gulf Breeze, FL from June 15th-18th ( Father's Day Weekend). We received our itinerary on the 14th with house rules and door codes, etc... Today June 15th I receive a call from one of Six Sparrows Managers 2 and a half hours prior to check in that we will not be able to stay at the property. Yes, check in is at 4pm they contacted me around 1:30pm. I went to write a Google review and there find other rental tenants that this happened to. They were given 10 day notice prior to check in, so this tells me that they have known about these issues and are continuing to take money from hardworking individuals looking to relax or spend time with family. They have no issue taking money, but don't want to refund money after they are canceling reservations. Now I read on here where they aren't paying the home owners as well. Six Sparrows Properties is ran like a Ponzi Scheme. Won't answer calls from property owners, VRBO, or renters who have paid good money. For 3 night I Pais $926.25. They are making good money for a short 3 min. conversation. $300.00 a min is some pretty good money. Home owners do not let this company manage your property and renters if you rent a home managed by them please know you are RENTING AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

    Six Sparrows has managed and Hosted our property in Pensacola Florida for the past year. We have not received our statements for the past seven months and have not been able to pay our taxes also resulting in late fees. They also owe us rental income for the past four months as well. They will not communicate with us by email or by phone. Our home has incurred many damages that we were never notified of and many, many of our items in the home have been stolen. The house has not been cleaned properly for our guest and we witnessed this ourselves after being notified of bed bugs that were left by a “work crew” consisting of 15-20 people staying in our home. We paid $1800 to have the bed bugs exterminated and the week we were to come and stay in our home, after the extermination was completed, we were informed that the same work crew were staying in our home again. This was after we notified Six Sparrows to cancel all future bookings and cease renting our home. This company is completely unprofessional, uncommunicative, irresponsible of their commitments of managing and hosting properties. You will also not receive the income due on your properties.

    Renting their property in VRBO in Pensacola Florida and when we arrived at midnight there was no running water. We contacted them without any response for a whole day. When they did respond they told on we were in our own and I am still waiting on a refund 3 weeks later! VRBO refunded their amount but still waiting for Six Sparrows Property Management company to refund my account! I have tried to contact them several time with no response. Absolutely would not use this company for any reason and they should not be on VRBO as a company either! Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else on their vacation. I don’t get many days off and this was a complete disaster. I was so excited about having time with my daughter and granddaughters and had to worry about where we were staying the whole time.

    We stayed 3 nights the following is our experience during the stay
    1st Day: House was not cleaned and waited 3 hours outside to get the house clean, No instructions was send prior need to all the agent to get it.
    2nd Day: House was locked when we are back from the beach. Had to wait outside from 8:00 Pm to 10:00 PM. Agent told this was caused by miscommunication by the owner. The neighbors complained the owner their are some people on the property. Owner looked Airbnb only. We booked through vrbo so he called the police and they locked the house. Their was no communication send to me. I have to call them. Very poor service by the owner. I need a full refund.
