    My dog had his “interview” here yesterday and based on what I saw on the webcams we will not be back. The tour video on their website portrays this place in a very different way than reality. My dog was stuck in a tiny concrete room with about 15 other dogs for 3 hours with no toys, no activities, and only a random platform in the middle of the room. There is always a counselor in the room but they don’t play with the dogs at all. She literally just stood there the entire time. I was under the impression that my dog would have an outdoor yard and indoor play area and all kinds of activities to keep him happy. He was scared and very uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to get home. If you are fine with leaving your dog in a boring empty room with a bunch of other dogs for hours on end by all means, but I will not be putting my baby in that situation again.

    Thank you for sharing your experience.  The yards are fairly large in our spaces and the dogs can go inside and outside at any time.  The counselors that are in the yards are there to ensure the dogs safely play with each other.  We don't provide toys in the yard because some dogs can be toy reactive which creates an unsafe environment, so we do small group and one on one enrichments that are scheduled throughout the month.  I am sure our friendly staff went over this with you when you checked in.  We do hope you find a place that meets your needs for your pup.
