  Do Not Recommend!! Poor job management. Unprofessional workers. Very Expensive!! Tiger Point **** has NO SOLICITING sign. FP,LLC put flyers out, this week. Thus, this review! A neighbor also used them, poor results, not welcomed back. Note how old the reviews are! Our total renovation included: remove all old cabinetry, popcorn ceilings and fireplace insert, relocate 2 doors. The first 2 months Christian was on site with a crew of 4, Jennifer ****** was good to communicate on the progress. The job site was cleaned and swept. They were not licensed contractors, JM said she was studying for the GC test. The 2nd crew came for over 6 weeks to sand and prep. They were not supervised or overseen, missing materials and tools nor regularly inspected by Christian/Jennifer. I made multiple visits daily. Paint was poured and spilled on unprotected floors. 2 workers on their phones for hours, had runout of materials. I purchased/delivered materials. 1 man sanded a single doorway, all day, it still was rough. When I left, they stopped. The job site was a mess. The trim was very rough, wall paint inconsistent, ceiling streaked. Work had come to a halt, our concern grew, yet the same payment was charged. When Jennifer and Christian came to inspect our complaint, Jennifer deemed it complete and satisfactory. Christian said he it was never completed. He promised to make it right. The accounting was equally chaotic. The invoices showed a quantity and description but not a value. The long-awaited material list revealed personal items and items for other projects. Jennifer credited the materials but not the 2nd crew hours. We paid the invoice. When we asked for the repairs and work for which we had paid for, to be completed, we received in reply another estimate with a request for prepayment. We ultimately had the work done by licensed contractor and licensed painter in 1/2 the time and for the same money as our last check to FP,LLC. We paid twice!

  Hi Mary, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely regret to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services. However, we would like to address some inaccuracies in your review. We have detailed records showing that the final payment you made was significantly short by several thousand dollars. This shortfall made us hesitant to continue the project without assurances of full payment. Additionally, our workers reported feeling harassed, particularly when referred to as 'the help' and being asked to perform tasks without compensation. These circumstances contributed to our decision to cease work, as our team no longer felt comfortable or respected on site. We understand your frustration regarding the unfinished project, but given the payment issues and the treatment of our staff, we were not confident that continuing the work would be viable. We kindly request that you refrain from making defamatory statements about our company. Our records and evidence clearly indicate that the actual facts do not support your claims.   Enjoyed working with Fresco Painting LLC. Jennifer the CEO, was professional and a pleasure to work with. She provided a same day estimate of the cost. Her crew managed by Christhian did an excellent job. They were on time and cleaned up at the end of every day. We had the entire house pressure cleaned and all the doors painted. They pay attention to the little details and make sure you are 100% pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again.

  My husband & I decided to sell our home and wanted to put it on the market ASAP! We had already been renovating the house for two years, because we thought we would retire there, but my husband had an unexpected PCS at the end of his military career. We had a few remaining paint projects that were too much to do ourselves. Our vaulted living room ceiling needed popcorn removal, drywall/seam repairs, and paint. Our extensive front porch and outdoor trim needed sanded and painted. I can't say enough wonderful things about Fresco Painting LLC. They were professional, on time, efficient, friendly, handled any problems or concerns very promptly, and left our home clean and fresh! There will always be little concerns, here & there, that come up with any project, so I place a lot of value in how efficiently, and professionally, those instances are handled! My husband and I are thankful we hired them because our home looks spectacular and the whole team was wonderful to work with!
