      My neighbor had asked 4 weeks in a row to have a black box spring picked up at the curb that was well within the size limit of the ECUA standards and nothing has been done to get it picked up. I own the unit in front of theirs and they have to put the box spring on my property to have it picked up. And so far after 4 requests nothing has been done. I don’t make this complaint lightly but it affects my property and I want it resolved. I know that my neighbor has contacted ECUA because I did a follow up call to the company and sure enough they made the request. I originally thought it was a size issue, but that is not the case. I am filing a complaint with ECUA directly Monday to get this resolved. I want the truck to stop at my address and look for it. The box spring is out in the open. Should not be missed for any reason after 4 weeks. Please contact me with information on the address. But I am very upset thinking this should have been handled 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t

      I moved to Pensacola 7 months ago and over the last 2 months I have had my recycling can taken twice. Tje first time, my garbage can and recycling can were both taken when I was out of town from my yard. Not the side of the street. I called and was told a supervisor put comments on my account that I had non-recyclable items in my can. I barely put anything in recycling and when I do, it's nothing against the list of items restricted, No one can give me answers of what items caused me to have my can taken and I have to wait on a phone call from a supervisor. I've never had an issue when living in VA, this is absurd and I don't know where to go to complain about this service that I'm paying for or the personnel who is making these wrongful accusations that inconvenience me and my family. The complaints on this site are disheartening, can the BBB investigate please. I need immediate assistance as this is poor service for a new resident to this area.

      My mother was placed in long term care and I informed ECUA who told me they would put the account on a standby status. With 0 water or sewerage usage and no garbage for the entire 1 month billing cycle we received a bill for $44.69. This amount is absolute price gouging for zero service, and needs to be reviewed by the elected officials for Escambia County.
