    Pat is a restoration God. He fixed all rust spots by cutting and replacing bad metal, and gave my Chevelle a beautiful paint job.

    I own a 2023 Hyundai SantaFe XRT and after getting into a car accident for the first time and doing a claim thrught insurance for the first time, I had a client recommending Dark Designs to take care of my car and i decided to give them the chance to fix my car. From beginning to end and still now my experience with that body shop has been a nightmare. Begining about the promises made to take care of my rental extension if not ready after the 30 day period that was never fulfilled, the allegations that the parts were not available through Hyundai and had to be reordered 3 times, finding such allegations were a lie after contacting Hyundai my self. Car was delivered to his shop on Oct 28, they obtained full payment on Nov 4th for the repairs through insurance, and car was not ready until February 7th. I had to pick up vehicle escorted by the sheriff due to a threatening message the owner sent to my husband blaming me for wrecking my car and insulting using foul language. When i picked up the vehicle at the shop was extremely dirty not been able to appreciate or see the quality of the job that was done on my car. As soon as I get to my house and washed my car discovered that the paint and body work on my car was a disaster.
    1. Hood completely mis-aligned and bent on passenger side
    2. Debris in the paint
    3. There is a crack on the replaced bumper
    4. Scratches on different areas
    5. Runs in the paint
    6. Passengers headlight appears to be taking in moisture due to the cloudy appearance on the glass
    7. Primer is visible through the paint on hood
    I took my car to a different collision center to get an estimate of damages, but they told me the job is so bad that they won't touch my car.
    I have sent emails, text messages, and messages through their FB page and all they did is blocked me. I asked owner about their guarantee and how they will address the issues and no response.
    First car accident and worst experience of my life!
