    I contacted Hugh's Air Repair based on a recommendation from a satisfied customer I work with, and my spouse and I were very satisfied with both the pricing and the results.
    We have lived for about four years in our 40-year old house, and we needed the ducts replaced. When Hugh Thai arrived to assess and provide a quote, he quickly noticed that a portion of an interior wall was not completely closed off, which was allowing attic air to be pulled through the wall insulation and into the intake area (reducing efficiency). We had never noticed because finding that flaw required either looking or feeling around from inside the intake. Nobody else had pointed it out to us, despite our having had multiple service calls from another business (including replacement/ installation of pretty much every component of the HVAC system except for the existing ductwork). Points awarded for knowledge and thoroughness.
    He answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and the quote was competitive (he also encouraged us to take the time we needed to make a decision; points awarded for not using time pressure), so we scheduled work. Mr. Thai and his crew arrived exactly on time, and he introduced each of them to me before leaving them to their work. When he performed the follow-up inspection, he was able to arrange for same-day service (we only needed a few touch-up spots where the mastic had pulled away). Many sincere thanks to Lead Installer Jacob Weekley, who remembered that we have a pet bird (and that birds are sensitive to fumes) and made sure to ask about him before applying the touch ups.

    I signed up Hughes repair for periodic maintenance and soft start installation. Very satisfy with the quality of their service, servicemen professionalism and their communication .

    I used Hugh's Air Repair to install a new Heating and Cooling system at my home. The crew that did the installation was very professional. They took out my old units and installed the new units in a very timely manner. They were very polite and explained to us on how to use the new system. I highly recommend Hugh's for any HVAC needs. I cannot say enough good things about this company...

    I called Hugh’s Air Repair to replace my hvac unit they by far had the fairest price out of the 3-4 companies I called the whole process was straight forward and the techs knocked it out in a timely manner they cleaned up after them selves when they were done with the install and can I tell you the unit Hugh recommended is a lifesaver on my energy bill if you need any kind of hvac work done and you don’t use Hugh’s Air Repair your cheating yourself I would not hesitate to call them for anything hvac related
