*************** is rude and prejudice! She first walked up to me did not intrude herself as ****************. She said to me where are you from? She said to me I thought you were Cuban (why would my nationality have anything to do with my daughters teeth)? The Dr. told me she was from ******?! She then proceeded to ask my daughter why she was there. My daughter explained I think I have a cavity. **************** said to my high schooler are you a dentist ? **************** then said you don't have a cavity you obviously don't brush your teeth! **************** was not only rude, she made my daughter feel so uncomfortable. I had just paid for the numbing of two teeth in the amount of $140.00. The girls in the office told me the price was originally $60.00per tooth but then got changed to $70.00 once the Dr got involved. I saw my daughter was extremely uncomfortable I over heard **************** tell her staff to have me wait outside. My daughter said Mommy I do not feel comfortable and I want to leave. My daughter is 18 however, it was my debit card that was used to pay for my high schoolers teeth. I asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how to refund. I was told to contact ***** on Friday the office manager. When I asked about my daughters medical records I was told by the staff and **************** that the previous doctor took all records with them when they left. This is against HIPPA laws. Every Friday since May 5th, I have called to see if my refund is available as of today 6-2-23 no refund. I did speak to ***** today, she also rude told me now she has to talk to the accounting office and would call when a check is available. I would like to make a prejudice complaint against ****************. Not only did they unlawfully bill my daughters insurance company for a visit of $500 dollars they also charged the insurance company $2000 for X-rays. My daughter had gone to this particular office for the last 2-3 years before this new **************** took over. *************** is very unprofessional.
