  If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely deceptive advertising. I googled the phone number that “Jason” called from & it comes up as “Eric”, which is the name of the technician I was given. I had to take an important phone call while he was here & he looked at my husband; shrugged his shoulders & said, “it’s ONLY your water”. When my husband didn’t show any interest in what he was saying, he packed up & left.

  we bought a reverse osmosis system from Florida Filters and they installed it in our kitchen sink cabinet, they made a huge mess , the pipes were poorly put together and leaked damaging the wood cabinet, the filter system is not even connected correctly, we have never seen such an unprofessional job, we had to hire a lic. plumber to take everything apart and reinstall it correctly. please do yourself a favor and buy the unit online and hire a private plumber not one of these big multi-employee companies, too expensive and no quality workmanship, get a local neighborhood guy with his own truck that is clean-cut, smart, non-smoker believe me you can tell , have him look at the job and talk to him for 20 or 30 minutes and you will know if you have the right man, actually you should do this with all the people you are going to buy from or have work on your house , car, anything you own.

  They came out on Oct 19th, told us lies, they broke are soft water,I don't get ice out of my refrigerator, I keep calling and all I hear is BS and lies, I don't know what to do, they won't fix what they broke

  These guys are scammers. They send fake mailers. Impersonating the water company. Thats predatory practice, preying on elderly people that dont see through their BS!!!

  This company engages in deceptive advertising via direct mail. They send out a "survey" from something they call the "Water Plant" at ** *** *** Palmetto, FL 34220-9903. This "survey" already contains your name and address and requests your telephone number and then asks if you have a have a water filter in your home and how many adults are located in your home and whether you buy bottled water. It appears like a valid survey from the water utility that supplies you water, BUT IT IS NOT. Is simply the beginning of a sales effort designed to obtain information from you. Your response is useful information for them to tailor a sales pitch for you to entice you to purchase their filtration product.   Do not engage with this company. The product is inferior to other systems and disclosures are not made until after the agreement is executed. I do not trust anything they say.
  By the way I had to give one star as this page would not let me continue until I did.

  I have used Florida Filters for several years and they take good care of everything. If I have even a small problem they come right out to fix it. They always check my equipment every time they come to add salt. They are a great company and they care about their customers. Nancy H

  I have had system for 4 years and have been completely satisfied with the quality of water and the quality of the servicemen who have maintained the system. They have integrity !
