  After viewing what was depicted as CRSs work on their advertisement ******** pages, we hired CRS to install concrete overlay on our driveway, which included some leveling and fixing cracked concrete. Three weeks after the work commenced, and $7500 later, our driveway looks nothing like the pictures in which the owner claims to be his work. The driveway is still uneven, the cracks are covered, but still visible, half of the driveways color does not match the other half, the expansion joints that were cut are uneven (crooked), some of the expansion joints are not cut at all, the coating is already peeling, outside border paint is uneven (not painted in a straight line), there is overspray on the house walls. Over a period of three weeks, the owner/sole operator had to re-do the overlay three times. With each attempt, the fixes created other issues. The owner now refuses to complete the work unless we pay him the remainder of the balance. We agreed to pay half up front ($4500), and half when the work is done. As stated above, we already paid $7500 ($3500 above what was agreed in the contract), as the owner begged us for additional funds each time he came out to fix previous mistakes. We honored his request in good faith, hoping that he would correct what needed to be corrected. He did not. The owner claims to have over 20 years of experience in this line of work. Based on the work performed on our driveway, that claim is highly questionable. We would not consider the work of CRS as professional: painting within the lines, cutting in a straight line, and matching colors are skills learned in the early days of our upbringing. Included pictures support this statementnow our driveway is an embarrassment. For those reading this review: find another company for your concrete resurfacing project. We are now forced to hire another company to completely re-surface our driveway. CRS refuses to finish the project, and/or refund our funds.
