    Saw an ************ they were looking for aspiring yacht brokers, willing to train and with minimal pay. This is all with the promise of them assisting in getting you licensed. Some people never even got paid or got them their license, including me. They taught you how to farm for listings and then they would scam you out of them by putting the agreements under the owner's name. The owner has severe mental health issues and is a possible narcissist. I have reported their Indeed posts several times and they are still posting looking for potential yacht brokers to scam. Also, the listings I acquired for consignment in their Ruskin lot, the boats were severely damaged and my clients were planning to sue, ************ needs to be shut down immediately!

    This complaint is about the Ruskin Florida location. The lack of professionalism here by the "Operations Manager" leaves little room to say a positive comment. The owner of the company let me go from my role there while I got sick with a severe cold, still working for this organization because their "standards" were not met. Their so called "Training Methods" is nothing. They bring you in to sit there for 2 weeks, generate leads for them that you will not be paid on if there is a sale. So your "opportunities" go to the house. I've heard them mention that. Had one employee look at my Tattoos which represent my Colombian and Puerto Rican origins and ask me if I was a Mexican! Nice representation of the company.
