" AT&T is uptating unlocked phone without permision with update setting off"

"On may 3rd I had one of the ATT Internet installers came to my house to install the services, before he came, another ATT guy showed up, stating that he was a manager and that he had a lot of wireless offers for me and my family, we welcomed him and he explained to us the very specific details of the promotion, which was, after we turned all of our smartphones that by then we had with Tmobile, he was going to take care of any debt that we owed T-mobile, that he was going to give us new phones and the plan with everything included was going to be 130 dollars, he even sent me the estimate which I have proof of it. I have never paid that amount of money to ATT, the bill has always been more than 180 dollars even 250 once, he never took care of the debt that we had with T-mobile, I text him every month and he ignores my messages most of the times and he replayed once that he never said that the debt to T-mobile was going to be paid, that instead he was going to give us 200 dollars for every member in the plan, but again he never did that because we only received 600 dollars." ...
