"Thanks a lot for shutting off my water the day before I said I would make my payment, I was in the process of making my payment online this morning, when my service was abruptly shut off, I understand my payment was late , that's why I contacted them to tell them when I would make my payment, I've made all my previous monthly payments(every month) it's absurd to shut water off for ***** the day before I said I would pay, thank goodness I was fortunate to receive my check today instead of Thursday because I would be out of water for an entire day. I decided to call and pay by phone, I had to pay $60 to reconnect service and my amount due, when I asked when my water would be back on, the representative says nonchalantly " I have no idea how long it will be before it gets turned back on, but I put in a work order" but you knew how long it would take to turn my water off." ...
