      Not a favorable experience.ServPro of Palm Harbor was contacted for assistance with home damage. ****** was very nice. She made some helpful recommendations. Servpro was initially contacted Nov 28th. *** came to my home for a free estimate with several other companies, and let me know he would get back to me with pricing. I never heard back from ServPro Palm Harbor. I contacted them several times over the following weeks to ultimately findout in January, that my free estimate would cost $250. Since I was not made aware of this until after several weeks from first contacting Servpro, I ultimately offered the owner, a compromise, Art the owner was unwavering. I tried several times to articulate it in a manner where ServPro might understand where I was coming from. I let them know that I dont eat a meal and then at the end told the price, that I dont go to a themepark and ride a couple rides and then be told that cost $150 to get in, and that he should compromise as a good business owner would, and he offered no compromise. I found his **************** to not be unacceptable.
