    I was looking for an ABS control module for my 2004 Maxima. I found what I was looking for at CarPartSource. The website was easy to navigate and thorough. It gave me options depending on the features of my car. Unfortunately, the *** for my car didnt indicate it had traction control and the wrong model was shipped.. I connected with ****** ******** who helped me get the correct part. He was very professional, patient and customer focused.Thank you ******. Much appreciated. ***** *.

    I had a great experience wit CPS. They made sure the part I ordered was the correct one for my car and they delivered it quickly and in great condition.I would do business with them again.

    Buyer be aware. This company does NOT adhere to its own ******************* It claims you can get a refund if the part you ordered is not what was shipped. If you order the wrong part, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to return the part. I have proof I ordered the correct part per my dealership, however, the wrong part was shipped and I was charged a restocking fee.

    I purchased a 2012 ***** Accord ABS Modulator early this year and spent $377.99. I had a professional mechanic install it, and he confirmed it was a non working part. Long story short, I emailed ********************* back and forth (I have proof of emails) and he ended up telling me warranty did not cover the defective part. We ended up shipping it to get repaired in the East coast for another $200 at least, and had it reinstalled and the problem was FIXED. When I reached out to car parts source initially to see what they can do about the part, they were stuck on the fact that we didnt reach out to them within 30 days, and there wasnt an invoice from my mechanic, completely ignoring the fact that they sold me a defective product. Although their warranty is written to appear to benefit you, this was ***** argument to not even consider my request for an exchange: Our warranty covers parts that worked well after installation within the 30 days from receiving it and becomes bad after a time of using it does not coverIt also tells me that the vehicle was operated for a prolonged period of time after the part's installation and failure. Which makes this situation ineligible for a warranty claim.To be clear friends, just to be safe, MAKE SURE that you have ur piece installed, and tested within 30 days, as well as allow ample time to test ur car and email car parts source within that 30 days, if any issues arise in your car. If any issues arise after that period, even if it their fault, you will not be considered. Unfortunately, this short time frame is not realistic for working individuals like me that have to see, plan, and pay for a mechanic for their car issues. Please also keep in mind, you may be sold a defective piece, and left to deal with it as I was. $500 plus dollars later, not including mechanic fees, I never received even an apology by the company. Be careful when purchasing from this website, it may cost you a lot of time and $!!!

    Hi ****, we highly value your feedback and we're sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience. Based on your review, I understand that what you are dissatisfied with is that we have a 30 day return and we uphold that policy.

    Our return policy is 30 days and it requires our customer to install the part within 30 days of receiving it which in most cases is enough time. If that doesn't sound like enough time for the potential customer, the customer should reconsider their options or review our policies prior to purchasing the part from our company.

    We require our customers to install the part within 30 days so that in the unfortunate situation that a part is defective we can be notified within *************************************************************** that situation.

    Our 1 year warranty policy is not a 1 year return policy. The warranty policy is for parts that are installed within 30 days and then fail or go bad. In the even that this happens we request two documents. An invoice of the installation as proof that the part was installed by a professional within 30 days and recent diagnosis from a mechanic stating that the part has failed. Upon receiving these 2 documents we will gladly fulfill your warranty request and replace the part now that it is over 30 days since you received the part.

    Excellent customer service. The part number was a direct replacement for the faulty ABS module in my 2008 Prius. I was able to replace it myself and save thousands of dollars. Very happy with my purchase!

    Reputable company. LOW pricing. And they may not want the bad ABS module back. Please make sure you give them EVERYTHING based upon the part your ordering. I went to the dealer to get the part number, and I gave them my VIN. You will need to get the part, then take it BACK to the dealer to have the ABS module configured for your car. It costed me $0.00
