    Be aware of this company , I did a order with ****** to get #** rocks and she made a contract and ask for a payment in advance $540 , she never delivered, she get a lots of excuses and problems and didnt refund my money back

    Beware, I was scammed by this company!I contracted with them for a driveway, gave them a deposit over $1000, told me they could not do the job for the quoted price and agreed to refund the deposit. Nearly 90 days later I only have lies and excuses why my money has not been paid.

    UPDATE:

    R Sprague Corp has refunded my deposit in full and has no further obligation to me.

    If anyone has any questions, they can just contact the customer themselves or me directly. Square my business double charged and took forever to send that 2nd refund after ******* realized that happened. Instead of coming out of pocket, square needed to handle that. Now, since they took long and I felt bad I came out of pocket to take care of *******. No obligations or grievances between ******* and I. Balance has been $0 with full documentation as proof, This was resolved and we are on PERFECT terms. Sorry for the late response. Apparently BBB does not remove comments even if someone was just angry and didnt mean it. R Sprague Corp respects all customers and consumers. Thank you!
