    Larry installed my unit completely wrong.

    My unit was a 2stage unit and he installed it with a 1stage thermostat.

    He didn't even connect the wire for the 2nd stage AT ALL.

    And he didn't put enough coolant in our BRAND NEW unit so with all those issues combined our brand new 3 ton unit couldn't even cool down our 1200sq foot house..

    Larry blamed it on my for not having the correct thermostat (Even though he insisted that I didn't need to get one because he would use one off the van and add it to the price)

    Then he blamed it on the fact that it was a rheem unit..

    Then he said he wouldn't come out and fix the unit because he insisted the he hooked it up correctly and that if it was anything, it was a bad unit.

    Well after finally having a new company come out and fix all the problems I've outlined above, Guess what?? THE UNIT IS WORKING GREAT NOW!!


    If you want a company and an installed that knows what they are doing, and respect the customers... DO NOT GO WITH LARRY'S AC INC, They will rip you off and install everything wrong and then blame you for it!!
