    Storage Masters is a clean and very friendly business, but they will not refund money within 24-48 hrs if a person changes their mind with using their business. I have never had a business claim they don't do refunds if the person changes their mind within a 24- 48 hr window. It's just bad business. Especially if you do not use what you paid for. I went to Storage Masters the next day for a refund because I decided I didn't want the storage unit after all. They refused a refund stating they can't pro-rate a refund for one day. Funny how they did a pro-rate for a different unit I already had to rent a larger one and pay the difference. But can't for a unit that was rented for one day for a refund. I never put anything in the unity. It stayed empty. Don't ever rent and decide not to because you will not get a refund from Storage Masters.
