    I have used this Bill for simple handyman tasks such as installing fans and replacing a microwave. His work was fine. However I recently witnessed his work as a “ contractor.” I saw 2 electrical outlets that he covered. One behind a microwave oven the second behind cabinets. The water outlet for the refrigerator was also covered. I told him a bathroom electric outlet didn’t work. He told me I only needed to push the GFCI. I had already done that. He pushed it. It still didn’t work but he walked away and ignored the situation. I pointed out missing crown molding. His answer was there are no more supplies. The flooring trim had gaps and were poorly jointed. There were stains on the flooring in 2 rooms. Drawer pulls were placed incorrectly. Kitchen cabinets had gaps from the ceiling. Then there the smell of weed inside the house. Not someone I would recommend for anything beyond simple handyman tasks.

    This person was not a part of this job and I was only hired by the owner to complete certain things. There are many things left on this project that the owner did not want to pay for. You should probably know all the facts before jumping to conclusions . This person is mad because I refuse to work for her or her family because they don't pay their bills when submitted. The still have a outstanding bill of over 19,000 dollars .

    We recently moved to Pace and contacted Bill for help with several projects including fan installation and replacement as well as replacing a kitchen faucet. He is prompt honest and does great work. He is professional and reasonably priced I would highly recommend him for any and all projects you may have.
