Having completed over a dozen contractor involved projects with various results, I can attest to the superior results I had working with Rudy on the recent remodel in a purchased condo. Rudy was professional, honest, and insightful covering the scope of the project and was specific and straightforward on timelines and costs. He accepted our reduced scope and also provided ideas and examples to reduce costs of the final project plan. During the work he was amenable to changes we had discussed as potential depending on results of the deconstructive work. The change orders we requested were completed at reasonable cost and other project plans that were abandoned were adjusted accordingly. The result was a better than expected result within a reasonable budget completed in the targeted time.
While this may be considered standard expectations, in today's construction environment I feel this was exceptional and something we wouldn't have received from other local contractors.

We used RCE for our roof replacement after hurricane Ian. Although we had other quotes at around the same price and some more, we decided to go with RCE because of the customer service. Rudy was the only contractor that came out to inspect the damage before giving a quote. He was punctual and spent time explaining the repairs and options. The job was completed in 2 days and we waited less than other people in our neighborhood. He came during the work to oversee his staff and make sure we got a quick City inspection.
